Base pay range $50.00/hr - $70.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Mindlance Subject Matter Expert - Recruitment | Talent Acquisition, Global Sourcing, Talent Management, Communication, BFSI, Sourcing & Screening, Data-Driven… Role: Test Manager/ QA Manager Location: Charlotte, NC Hybrid: 3 days in the office Contract: 12 Months to begin with possibilities of extension Job Description: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of UAT phases for large-scale programs across business and IT teams to validate system functionality against business requirements. Develop comprehensive UAT strategies, test plans, scenarios, and scripts in collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and QA teams. Manage UAT test execution, including scheduling, resource planning, environment readiness, and defect management to ensure successful test cycles. Act as the primary liaison between business users and IT teams to track issues, clarify requirements, and drive timely resolution of defects. Establish clear UAT entry/exit criteria and sign-off processes, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines and quality standards. Facilitate daily status calls and provide test progress reporting to project leadership and stakeholders, including metrics on test completion, defect trends, and risks. Ensure traceability of test cases to business requirements and maintain documentation for audit and compliance purposes. Continuously improve UAT best practices, processes, and tools by incorporating feedback and lessons learned from prior projects.
