About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to spearhead the development and execution of financial strategies within a dynamic healthcare organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving KPI frameworks, ensuring operational rigor, and collaborating with senior leadership to foster financial excellence. Key duties include designing and implementing KPI frameworks, developing robust management reporting systems, and optimizing internal controls for a multi-entity healthcare platform. The role also involves leading cross-functional financial workstreams related to M&A integration and providing strategic insights to enhance financial performance and efficiency. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a CPA or MBA being preferred. A minimum of 7-12 years' progressive finance experience, particularly in healthcare services or PE-backed environments, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building KPI frameworks, strong internal controls background, and proficiency in accounting and AP/spend management platforms. The role demands the ability to operate autonomously, deliver high-quality outcomes, and experience in multi-entity or multi-location accounting/finance is a strong plus.
