Senior Software Engineer / AI Product / Python / LLM

This employer is hiring an AI Solutions Engineer for a direct hire role based in Kennett Square, PA (2 days onsite per week) . This position sits at the intersection of software engineering and business consulting, focused on building practical AI solutions that improve real-world workflows. You’ll be working heavily with Python, modern web technologies, and large language models to create scalable applications—from early prototype through full production deployment. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll partner directly with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and turn them into AI-driven solutions.
