Insomnia Cookies is on a journey to become the most imaginative sweet indulgence brand in the world.  In order to achieve our core brand standards of our cookies arriving " Warm, Delicious & Delivered" we are adding additional Bike Delivery Drivers to our busy Philly area stores this holiday season.

WHAT WILL I DO AS A DELIVERY DRIVER?

·       Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.

·       Deliver our cookies, milk and ice cream to our loyal fan base, in a timely and safe fashion.

·       Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers whether in-person or by phone.

·       Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

·       Excellent time management and organizational skills

·       Knowledge of the 1-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus!

·       Must have your own non-motorized bicycle in working order (electronic bikes are not permitted)

·       Must have a smartphone with data plan

·       Must be legally eligible to work in the United States

·       Must be 18 years or older to be employed
