Senior AI Backend Engineer - On-site + Equity
David Joseph & Company
David Joseph & Company seeks a Senior Software Engineer to own AI and agentic backend and infrastructure, reporting to the founders. The work is greenfield: architect core systems from scratch and own security-critical pieces including SOC 2 controls, encryption and key management, BYOK, and the infrastructure that AI agents run on.
