Overview
Registered Nurse, Med Surg, Portland, OR. Start date 10/12/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment. Guaranteed 36 hours per week. Night shift (3x12s) 7:00 PM–7:30 AM in a Short Term Acute Care Hospital setting. Weekly pay ranges from $1,773 to $1,865 per week.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an individual patient or assigned group using the nursing process.
- Collect and analyze relevant health data; interpret findings to identify diagnoses and care needs.
- Develop, implement, and adjust a plan of care; monitor progress and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor for response, and delegate appropriate duties to other staff as needed.
- Participate in discharge planning and provide patient and family education; communicate health information to the treatment team.
- Maintain a safe, healing environment and advocate for patient rights; support learning opportunities for patients, families, and team members.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice (Oregon) — required.
- BLS or CPR certification from an AH-approved vendor; facility-specific BLS required.
- Minimum two years of recent med/surg nursing experience.
- EPIC experience REQUIRED.
- BSN: Preferred.
