Career Strategies is looking for an outgoing and energetic Apartment Leasing Rockstar to join our team! If you love meeting new people, giving tours, and helping someone find their perfect home, this is the job for you.
You’ll be the friendly face of the community—turning tours into move-ins and creating great experiences for future residents.
What You’ll Do
✨ Give engaging apartment tours
✨ Answer calls, emails, and leasing inquiries
✨ Follow up with prospects and assist with applications
✨ Keep up with pricing, availability, and community updates
✨ Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
What We’re Looking For
✔ Friendly, outgoing personality
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ Organized and motivated team player
✔ Sales or leasing experience is a plus
✔ Bilingual skills and LIHTC experience are a bonus

Career Strategies’ temporary population receives the following benefits:
- Medical health insurance available upon hire at full cost. After meeting eligibility requirements established under the Affordable Care Act, employees would become eligible for employer-sponsored medical coverage.
- Transportation subsidy of up to $5.00 per day available for public transit, parking, or ride share use.
- Hand Tool Program if employees do not wish to use their own tools or have their own tools.
