Draft legal documents, including trusts, wills, and powers of attorney. Prepare sophisticated estate and tax planning documents. Assist clients in asset protection and preservation strategies. Conduct legal and tax research. Comply with client and firm procedures. Requirements Minimum of 10+ years' experience in trust and estate matters. Experience with high-net-worth clients and asset protection strategies. Existing referral base generating $200k+ revenue. Experience in surrogate court proceedings. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially. Active attorney license in applicable states. High degree of initiative and mature judgment.
