Maintenance Technician
American Training, Inc is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in our Andover location. We are looking for a talented individual with a deep commitment to working as part of a skilled team and a true passion for the people we serve while incorporating our WOW! Magic philosophy.

Duties Include:
- Provide general maintenance and repair support across all locations, including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, furniture assembly, grounds upkeep, and seasonal tasks such as snow and ice removal.
- Maintain safe, clean, and functional facilities by completing routine inspections, replacing batteries and filters, monitoring temperatures, cleaning common areas as needed, and documenting inspection reports.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with Colleagues and external contractors while working independently or as part of a team; utilize phone and email to coordinate tasks and updates.
- Uphold WOW! Magic values by delivering positive, service-focused interactions and meeting the physical demands of the role, including standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and working in varied environments.
EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent
ATTITUDE: Responsible, friendly, dependable, team player that is able to put the WOW! Magic philosophy into action.
SCHEDULE: 7:30-4PM
