Operations Analyst

SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Operations Analyst Duration: starting immediately for one year, with possible extension. Overview Our client, a global industry leader, is seeking a hands‑on P2P Operations Specialist to support a global procurement and finance organization. This role will focus on SAP-based invoice and payment operations, exception management, payment issue resolution, and procurement support across direct sourcing activities. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable, Procurement Operations, or Shared Services environments and be comfortable troubleshooting transactional issues in a high-volume environment. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Procurement Operations, or Shared Services Strong hands‑on SAP experience, including invoice and payment processing Experience resolving payment exceptions, invoice discrepancies, and transactional issues Understanding of Three‑Way Match, Goods Receipts, and purchasing workflows Strong problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis skills Ability to work cross‑functionally with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and business stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Experience with ServiceNow Experience supporting direct procurement or supply chain purchasing operations Exposure to global shared services environments Knowledge of tax‑related invoice processing and credit memo management Experience working with outsourced or offshore support teams Travel Requirements No travel will be required, unless at the client's discretion. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly range for this role is $55 - 75/hr.
