Key Responsibilities\n

In your capacity as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

  • Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.

  • Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs, presenting issues, and developmental history.
  • \n
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and systemic approaches.

  • Engage in regular collaboration with multidisciplinary team members, including psychologists, social workers, and peer support specialists, to provide holistic care.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes couples facing relational challenges, families dealing with communication issues, and individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. This role necessitates an understanding of nuanced family dynamics and the ability to adapt treatment to various cultural backgrounds and life experiences.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

  • Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.
