Qualifications A bachelor's or master's degree in civil or structural engineering from an accredited university Must possess 5 years of post‑graduate experience Methodical approach to problem solving to undertake tasks efficiently and independently Excellent verbal communication skills, which allow you to liaise with clients and team members confidently Excellent technical written communication and attention to detail, with an ability to demonstrate accurate technical drawings and good report writing Excellent teamwork skills, to collaborate effectively with colleagues Must have a Professional Engineer (PE) certification or can obtain one in NY, MA, or CT Demonstrable interest in engineering projects through relevant experience, such as your field of study, internships, volunteering, or relevant association memberships, is considered an asset Benefits & Reward At Mott MacDonald, our employees have a stake and a voice in our business, providing them with a direct connection to our success through personal and group performance bonuses.
