Position Description Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Harvard, IL — offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a driving career you can feel good about. Per week average: $1630 – top earners can make up to $2000. Drivers are paid weekly Hours per week: 50 or more Solo miles pay: $0.60 per mile with 2000 miles per week Solo stops pay: $26.00 per stop with 15 stops per week Per diem: $40.00 per night with 1–2 nights per week Overnights: Route in Ryder booked hotel Paid training Schedule: Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday Start time: AM/PM shifts available Sign‑on bonus: $1500 at 30 days and $1500 at 90 days Loyalty bonus: $2500 at 6 months and $2500 at 1 year Job Details Deliver SOLO to: IL, WI, IA, OH, MI, IN, KS, NE, MN, ND, SD & KY Route: Regional Tractor: Day Cab Trailer: Dry Van 31–53' Equipment: Electric & Manual Pallet Jack Truck training provided Freight: Touch – Hardware Supplies Endorsements: Hazmat – within 90 days of hire Reimbursement for endorsement costs and training Trucks are 36 months or newer, include 24/7 roadside maintenance and company‑driven fuel at over 800 maintenance facilities nationwide.
