Tiny Toes Daycare LLC in Redding, CA is looking for a warm, nurturing Substitute Infant/Preschool Teacher to join our team! Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, loving care for infants and preschool-aged children in a safe classroom environment
• Implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans that support early childhood development
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating learning environment
• Monitor and respond to the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of each child
• Communicate effectively with lead teachers, staff, and parents regarding daily activities and child progress
• Follow all childcare licensing regulations, safety protocols, and center policies
• Step in seamlessly as a substitute to maintain classroom routine and consistency for children

Requirements:

• 12 Early Childhood Education units with 3 infant units
• Previous experience in early childhood education, childcare, or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of infant and preschool developmental milestones
• Current or ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
• Must pass a background check and meet California childcare licensing requirements
• Reliable, flexible, and able to step in on short notice as needed
• Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic about working with young children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
