• Own membership growth, personal training revenue, and retention
• Build and hold accountable a high performing team
• Reinforce Retro Fitness standards through daily example
• Be visible on the floor coaching staff and engaging members
• Resolve member issues with confidence and professionalism
• Manage schedules, payroll accuracy, and staffing coverage
• Track key metrics and manage the club to budget
• Partner closely with your Regional Manager on strategy and results
• Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays except Christmas What we are looking for We want leaders who can run a fast paced, high traffic club. • 2 to 3 years leading teams of 5 to 15 people
• 3 to 5 years in fitness, retail, or hospitality
• Proven experience driving sales and retention
• Comfortable owning performance metrics and budgets
• Strong communicator who can coach and correct in the moment
• High accountability and hands on leadership style
• CPR certified or willingness to obtain within 30 days Nice to have • Experience managing a multi department gym
• Background in personal training sales
• Track record of improving club performance
• Desire to grow into multi unit leadership
