Production Laborer

Job description: Production Laborer Location: Madera, CA Department: Manufacturing / Production Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site Shift: Day Shift (Overtime may be required based on production needs) Who We Are Florestone has been a trusted name in manufactured bathware for decades. Position Summary The Production Laborer supports daily manufacturing operations by performing a variety of hands-on tasks on the production floor. This role is essential to keeping our operations running efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate is dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform general production and labor tasks in assigned department Assist with manufacturing, finishing, packaging, and assembly operations Load, unload, move, and stage raw materials and finished products Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely (training provided) Follow all safety, quality, and production standards at all times Properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to gloves, safety glasses, respirators, and protective clothing, especially when working with resins, fiberglass, and related materials Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Work collaboratively with team members, leads, and supervisors Perform other duties as assigned to support production and operational needs Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred (not required) Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and meet production expectations Willingness to learn new tasks and rotate between departments as needed Strong attendance, reliability, and teamwork skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and use of hands and arms Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds frequently , with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, odors, resins, fiberglass materials, and temperature variations Must be able to safely wear required PPE for extended periods Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: Starting at $18.00 per hour , based on experience Overtime pay in accordance with California wage and hour laws Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) with company match Opportunities for training, advancement, and skill development At-Will Employment Statement Employment with Florestone is at-will.
