ParamedicThe Paramedic performs a wide variety of patient care activities related to patients being treated and transported to the hospital by ambulance. The EMT-Paramedic also performs the responsibilities of driving emergency vehicles providing due regard for the safety of others while operating the ambulance. The EMT-Paramedic performs patient care activities when attending to the patient in the patient compartment of the ambulance.
