This position supports the store's safety and environmental compliance initiatives across one or more locations. Key responsibilities include:* Using various tools and techniques to minimize company losses, including identifying theft and fraud incidents.* Reviewing CCTV footage and exception reports for investigative purposes.* Monitoring the store's physical security to ensure a safe environment.* Conducting audits of Electronic Article Surveillance systems.* Promoting a culture of shrink elimination within the team.* Preparing thorough and accurate case reports, including details of apprehensions and recoveries.* Preserving evidence and collaborating with law enforcement as necessary.* Testifying in criminal and civil court as needed.* Reporting unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty to enhance workplace safety.* Upholding high standards of integrity while supporting both asset protection and operational goals.This position offers a salary of $20.00 per hour.
