As a Product Manager Payments and Retail Expansion you will work at the intersection of media and technology introducing Audibles unique value proposition and immersive storytelling to new customers around the world. You will focus relentlessly on customer needs collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch product features that will surprise and delight our customers and drive Audible customer growth.

As a Product Manager Payments and Retail Expansion you will...
- Contribute to product roadmaps and execute features that enhance Audibles user experience and drive Audible customer growth
- Design launch and analyze experiments using statistical rigor to maximize customer and business value
- Prioritize backlogs accelerate team workflows and remove blockers to optimize feature development
- Collaborate with engineering design data science and marketing teams to deliver outcomes for new customers
- Have some familiarity with payments and growth

- Bachelors degree or above
- 4 years of customer-facing product development and product management including defining launching and optimizing product and services experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience in technical product or program management
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

- Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Experience in payments retail or e-commerce product development
- Experience building and optimizing advertising capabilities
- Experience leveraging agentic AI tools for product development such as AI-driven prototyping code generation or product experimentation

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
