What You’ll Do

Coordinate daily service schedules and appointments for our service drivers. Serve as a key point of contact for service drivers. 

Communicate with service drivers throughout the day regarding schedules, job details, updates, and changing priorities.

Monitor service activity and help ensure service drivers have the information and resources they need to complete their work.

Review daily inventory needs and work orders for accuracy and completion.

Assist with service ticket completion

Identify scheduling conflicts or operational issues and take initiative to help resolve them.

Follow up on outstanding service items to keep jobs moving toward completion.

Help maintain clear, timely communication throughout the Service Department.
