What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient hematology and oncology patient care in a hospital-affiliated clinic
• Manage patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies, including treatment planning and follow-up
• Collaborate with hematologists/oncologists, infusion teams, and support staff to coordinate patient care
• Document clinical assessments, treatment plans, and patient progress using Epic EMR
• Support a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient-centered services
• Assist with patient education, symptom management, and supportive therapies
• Participate in quality improvement and compliance initiatives

What You Need

Required:

• MN RN license with current certification as Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Board certification in Hematology/Oncology or relevant specialty
• Proven outpatient experience in hematology or oncology

Preferred:

• Prior experience working in a hospital outpatient setting
• Familiarity with Epic EMR
