Our organization is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurosurgeon to become a member of our skilled team located at Regions Hospital, a distinguished Level 1 Adult/Pediatric Trauma and Burn Center in St. Paul, MN. Joining our team means you will play a crucial role in enhancing the care provided to our patients on a daily basis.

As a Neurosurgeon with us, you will be integrated into the largest multi-specialty healthcare system in the Twin Cities. While fellowship training is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement for applying to this role.

Collaboration is at the heart of our neurosurgical care delivery, and we uphold high cultural standards within our team. Key partners in our neurosurgical department include specialists in neuro-critical care, neuro-oncology, pediatric neurosurgery, interventional radiology, skull base/aneurysm, pain management, trauma services, and emergency medicine. This collaborative environment allows you to tailor your practice while having the option to delegate certain subspecialty tasks.

COMPENSATION RANGE:

The salary range for this position is between $765,000.00 and $1,200,000.00 based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE).

COMPENSATION STATEMENT:

Compensation is determined by the responsibilities and requirements of the role. Factors such as education, experience, skills, location, and internal equity may influence pay within our established ranges. After the initial salary guarantee period, compensation will be based on work RVU productivity.
