Position Summary The Clinical Coordinator supports the daily clinical operations of assigned clinics by coordinating staffing, clinic readiness, supplies, workflows, and clinical support. This role serves as a frontline clinical lead and works closely with clinic management to ensure efficient operations and continuity of patient care. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Medical Assistant certification required. Minimum of two years of Medical Assistant or comparable clinical experience required. Previous lead, coordinator, or other demonstrated leadership experience preferred. Experience in a physician practice, specialty clinic, or outpatient setting preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
