Location: Wabash, Indiana
Responsibilities
- Hours of practice: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (flexibility for extended hours preferred)
- Weekly patient contact: 36 hours preferred
- Daily encounter goals: 18-22 patients depending on visit lengths
- Call required: 1:4 - light, physician‑friendly call, work/life balance
