Maintains a high standard of cleanliness to Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Pool bar areas as well as serving guests and servers according to established policies.**Essential Job Functions:*** Must adhere to the Seminole Tribe's Policies and Procedures.* Prepares all drinks in accordance with established recipes.* Reports to the supervisor of the outlet in which he/she is assigned.* Performs any reasonable requests made by Pool Bar Management.* Serves guests according to established policy.* Responsible for checks issued to him/her and acts as a cashier in front and service bars, except on casino floor.* Promotes positive customer relations.* Responsible for the receipt of monies and settlement of guest checks in accordance with all appropriate policies.* Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times.* Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.* Performs all other related and compatible duties as needed.**Qualifications:** High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required as well as certificate in Mixology. Minimum of two (2) years in high volume bartending.
