Details Location: Lewistown, MT 59457 Unit: Medical-Surgical Adult Unit Employment Type: Travel RN / Locum Tenens Start Date: October 1, 2025 End Date: December 31, 2025 Assignment Length: 13-week contract Shift: 12-hour night shifts (3 shifts/week) Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Open Positions: 1 No On-Call Required Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Montana Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg RN experience in a hospital or clinical setting Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN preferred) Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association) Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient education skills Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team Med/Surg RN Responsibilities Provide holistic, integrated, and evidence-based nursing care to adult patients in the medical-surgical unit Coordinate patient care with physicians, nursing staff, and allied healthcare professionals Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans Educate patients and families to support optimal health outcomes and recovery Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with Montana Nurse Practice Act and national standards Promote a safe, efficient, and compassionate environment for all patients Ready to take the next step in your nursing career?
