Bilingual Production Supervisor

Bilingual (English–Spanish) Production Supervisor for 2nd shift.

Bilingual Production Supervisor Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $25.00 to $28.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 04:00pm to 12:30am)

• Supervise, train, and coach production employees on daily tasks and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively in English and Spanish with employees, leadership, and cross functional teams.
• Conduct safety checks and enforce company policies and OSHA standards.
• Support maintenance, continuous improvement, and projects that support the business and ensure the production schedule demands are met.

Bilingual Production Supervisor Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Resume submittal
• Ability to plan and organize projects.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of production or manufacturing experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (oral and written required).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in fast paced environments and manage multiple priorities.

PHYSCIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Physical Demands: Frequent: Standing, Lifting/Carrying 40lbs.,Pushing/Pulling 40lbs.

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
