You step onto the production floor and turn raw materials into precise, finished labels and signs. You set up and run print, cutting, laminating, and hole‑punching stations, then switch gears to trim, assemble, and finalize orders. Throughout the shift you follow established procedures and safety practices, keep a close eye on quality, and help the team keep work moving in a fast-paced environment.

• Build labels and signage using printing, cutting, laminating, hole‑punching, and other finishing equipment.
• Handle assembly, trimming, cutting, and hands-on production support tasks.
• Operate equipment according to documented procedures and safety guidelines.
• Uphold quality standards through every step of manufacturing.

• Inspect completed items to confirm they meet specs.
• Run routine checks to verify accuracy and consistency.
• Spot defects and communicate issues promptly.
• Adhere to SOPs and established quality standards.

• Accurately pick, pack, and process outgoing orders.
• Receive, review, and log inbound materials.
• Organize and store inventory and supplies properly.
• Support inventory inspections and cycle counts.

• Use scales and counting tools for accurate measurements.
• Assist with inventory tasks and organization.
• Operate a pallet stacker safely and efficiently.
• Pitch in on projects and department priorities as needed.

• Keen attention to detail and visual accuracy.
• Excellent hand–eye coordination.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Solid organization and time management.
• Basic computer skills (including Microsoft Office).
• Comfort with basic math.
• Clear, reliable communication.
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible work habits.
• Comfort working independently and collaboratively.

• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds .
• Comfort standing, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the day.
• Ability to work in a production and warehouse setting.

• Background in manufacturing, production, shipping/receiving, or warehouse work.
• Hands-on experience with production equipment.
• Familiarity with inventory management or cycle counting.
• Forklift or pallet stacker experience is a plus.
