To thrive as a PRN House Supervisor - Registered Nurse at Minden Medical Center, essential skills include strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. A Bachelor's of Science in Nursing is preferred, along with three years of clinical experience that equips you with the practical knowledge needed in a supervisory role. • Bachelors' of Science in Nursing preferred
• Three years in clinical experience preferred
• Management experience preferred
• Current License from the Louisiana State Board of Nursing required
• BLS required
