Practice Highlights Level III NICU with 20 bedsâ”the largest in the region 1,300+ annual deliveries with a daily census of 14 24/7 in-house Neonatal Nurse Practitioner coverage Renovated & expanded NICU (2023) featuring: 20 spacious bed spaces including 2 isolation rooms State-of-the-art equipment & centralized workspaces In-unit overnight sleep suite for neonatologists Advanced ventilation options: HFOV, HFJV, NAVA, SIMV, CPAP, HFNC, and iNO Dedicated NNP PICC team On-site pediatric subspecialties: surgery, cardiology, ophthalmology, anesthesia Full telehealth subspecialty support 24-hour neonatal transport system with nurse, RT, and NNP support About HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital 435-bed acute care facility Home to the regionâ™s only Level III NICU Recognized Stroke Center and Level II Trauma Center Part of HCA Florida Healthcare , the stateâ™s leading healthcare provider Why Fort Pierce?
