Therapist (LAC, LMSW, or LAAC) Phoenix, AZ | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Intensive Outpatient Program Make a difference every day. AtWork is seeking a compassionate Therapist to support individuals overcoming substance use, trauma, and post-incarceration challenges. Join a mission‑driven team helping members rebuild their lives through accountability, healing, and hope. What You’ll Do Provide individual and group therapy (CBT, REBT, MI) Develop treatment plans and maintain documentation Facilitate daily group sessions (2–3 hrs) Collaborate with peer coaches, families, and re‑entry staff What You’ll Need Master’s degree in behavioral health field AZ license (LAC, LMSW, or LAAC) or eligible within 6 months 2+ years behavioral health experience CPR/First Aid & crisis de‑escalation certification Valid AZ driver’s license & background clearance Why AtWork Mission‑driven team making real change Supportive, positive work culture Weekday schedule - no weekends Join AtWork- where compassion and accountability create lasting recovery. #J-18808-Ljbffr AtWork Personnel
