Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
About the Position
Braker's Market is looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our Bakery Department. This part-time position focuses on preparing baked goods, supporting daily bakery operations, maintaining quality standards, and creating products our customers love.

Schedule & Availability
- Part-time position
2–3 days per week to start, with opportunity for more hours
- Early morning availability required
- Some Saturday availability required
Essential Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake bakery items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bakery workspace
- Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures
- Pay close attention to detail and product quality
- Work collaboratively with team members to support daily bakery operations
- Learn and follow bakery procedures and expectations
Skills & Qualifications
- 18 years old or close to 18 preferred
- Dependable and punctual
- Enjoys baking and takes pride in their work
- Eager to learn and willing to work as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow directions and accept feedback
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Frequent bending, reaching, and moving throughout the workspace
