Registered Nurse - Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum

Schedule
Nights, 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (7:00 pm - 7:00 am)

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience
- Current BLS, FHM, NRP certifications
- Experience with Epic EMR
- Community hospital L&D experience preferred
- Travel experience required
- No pending licenses accepted

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to patients during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum phases.
- Assist with vaginal births and C-sections, including scrubbing and circulating as needed.
- Conduct fetal monitoring, identify and manage abnormal fetal heart patterns.
- Provide care for neonates, including basic assessments and phototherapy.
- Support postpartum recovery and educate patients on breastfeeding and newborn care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
