• License/Certs: Kansas OT License (KSBHA), NBCOT preferred, BLS required within first 90 days
• Experience: Acute care hospital experience required; familiarity with transfer protocols, lines, drains, diverse patient populations

What You'll Do:

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments for a variety of patients including neuro, ortho, cardiac, respiratory, trauma, surgical, ICU, and joint replacements
• Coordinate patient care activities, including chart review and treatment planning
• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced acute care setting
• Assist with transfers involving lines and drains, managing acutely ill patients
• Document care efficiently, with billable hours beginning after 48 hours of employment
• Support workflow alongside physical therapists and other team members
• Engage in rotation-based late joint coverage (no night shifts)
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety procedures for patient handling

What You Need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Kansas OT license (KSBHA)
• NBCOT certification preferred
• BLS certification within 90 days of start
• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience
• Comfort working with complex, acutely ill patients
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
