Business Analyst – Capital Markets & AI
Position:Business Analyst – Capital Markets & AI
Location: New York / New Jersey –Onsite
Experience: 6–10 years

About theRole
We are looking for an experienced BusinessAnalyst with strong Capital Markets domain knowledge and exposure to AI/GenAIinitiatives to work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams,and leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a goodunderstanding of Capital Markets processes and products, combined with theability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable technologysolutions. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skillsare critical for this role.
KeyResponsibilities
- Workclosely with business stakeholders to understand business objectives,processes, pain points, and technology needs.
- Analyzeand document business requirements, functional requirements, userstories, process flows, and acceptance criteria .
- Leveragestrong Capital Markets domain knowledge to understand and analyzebusiness processes and workflows.
- Collaboratewith product, engineering, data, and AI teams to translate businessrequirements into effective technology solutions.
- Identifyopportunities where AI, GenAI, automation, analytics, and intelligentworkflows can improve business processes.
