Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field required 10 – 15+ years of payroll experience Minimum of 5+ years of multi-state payroll experience Currently in a Director or Sr. Manager role at a company with responsibilities across multiple states Experience with employee stock programs, RSUs, and executive stock programs Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Senior Director of Payroll to sit onsite in Louisville, KY for a direct placement opportunity. The Sr. Director of Payroll is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing by overseeing all aspects of the organization’s in‑house payroll operations. This role applies a strong compliance‑and service‑oriented approach when partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors, while providing both tactical and strategic leadership to drive payroll best practices. Compensation $150,000/yr to $175,000/yr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
