JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective For this full-time position, SIMONA Boltaron is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our maintenance team. This individual must have hands on technical ability, work well alone and as a group, and be willing to work overtime as needed. Safety-minded, the ideal candidate must be a good communicator and a blameless problem solver. Troubleshooting, repair and replacement of mechanical and electrical systems Equipment and repair parts data entry and management Predictive and preventive maintenance scheduling Maintains equipment information and repair files Assist other maintenance personnel with equipment repairs and research Planning and coordinating maintenance jobs and projects Perform work order repairs, inspections and adjustments Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance Work directly with production personnel to isolate and repair equipment problems Participates in plant safety, health and environmental programs PLC, CMMS, AutoCAD, Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic & Pneumatic experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment Proficient knowledge of: Mechanical, Electrical, Blueprint Reading, Electrical Schematics Reading Experience with 3-phase, 480-volt equipment Welding and cutting Ability to work safely adhering to establish safety procedures Bearing installation and removal experience Troubleshooting: Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic Spare Parts Inventory & Inventory Control General equipment and facilities wiring General building and facilities maintenance Fabrication and simple design Required Education & Experience HS Diploma or GED Industrial maintenance experience Possesses good math and computer skills Demonstration strong attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills Willing to work overtime Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to heat, moving mechanical parts, and possible fumes. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee must stand 8-12 hours per day and is occasionally required to bend, squat, climb, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift, push, pull or move up to 50 pounds. Supervisory Responsibility This position requires no supervisory responsibility.
