Facilities & Utilities Maintenance Technician (HVAC/WWTP)
Location: Arcadia, WI
Shift: Day Shift 3:45AM – 4:00PM (12 - Hour 2-2-3 Schedule)

- Are HVAC systems, boilers, compressors, and substations part of your comfort zone?
- Can you read schematics, operate a mill/welder, and keep a wastewater treatment system compliant?
- Do you thrive in cGMP environments where SOPs, safety, and quality are non-negotiable?
- Deliver immediate preventive and corrective maintenance for production lines, facilities, and the wastewater treatment plant while meeting KPIs, cGMPs, SOPs, and regulatory/safety requirements.
- Troubleshoot and repair pumps/pumping systems, pneumatic controls, manual/actuated valves, agitators/seals, and motor bearings.
- Operate, maintain, and improve utilities: air handling units (HVAC), hot water pumps, motors, electrical panels, environmental sensors, coolers, boilers, air compressors, and substations.
- Run machine shop equipment—drill press, grinder, milling machine, gas/electric welders, and power cutting tools.
- Overhaul and install new equipment to support reliability and capacity.
- Pinpoint mechanical/electrical issues and resolve them using blueprints/schematics, repair manuals, and parts catalogs.
- Rebuild and fabricate parts; complete other tasks as assigned by Arcadia leadership.
- Vocational or Associate’s degree in an electrical or maintenance discipline—or equivalent education/experience.
- At least 1 year of related, hands-on maintenance experience.
- Ability to attend training/orientation Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM for 4 weeks.
- Preferred: troubleshooting and preventive maintenance experience in GMP biotech/pharma/food operations.
Hourly range: $20.53 - $29.23, depending on skills, experience, education/training, and primary work location.
