Overview Join a large primary care organization with nearly 30 locations and 50+ providers in need of a proven leader interested in a combination of clinical and administrative work. I0nterest and experience in value-based care and revenue cycles would be ideal! Responsibilities Foster a culture of excellence. Drive strategic initiatives. Ensure delivery of high quality care. Report to the CEO and work closely with Operations Directors, advising on clinical issues, supervising advanced practice providers, focusing on quality metrics, etc. Schedule Two days clinically per week; admin time from home.
