Clinical Director Opportunity At Ascent Behavioral HospitalAscent Behavioral Hospital is seeking a Clinical Director at our Millcreek, UT location to lead our team of licensed therapists. As our Clinical Director, you will be responsible for supervising and directing our team of licensed therapists. You will be a member of our Leadership Team and must possess excellent management and mentoring skills. You must be an outstanding communicator both verbally and in writing, able to resolve conflicts and issues as well as complete all documentation fully and in a timely manner. If you also have a deep respect for policies and ethics and can inspire that in others, you are ideal for the role. The goal is to ensure the smooth running of the Clinical Department aiming to provide the best stabilization using evidence-based treatment while providing a pathway for the next steps of treatment.Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and develop the clinical teamEnsure workloads are at tolerable and realistic levelsCarry a responsible caseloadConduct regular team meetingsParticipate in all Leadership and Clinical Team meetingsAssist clinicians in developing a strong professional brandKnow, articulate clearly, and practice Ascent Behavioral Hospital's treatment philosophyOversee the delivery of clinical services and aftercare planning for clients and familiesOversee research and outcomes initiativesAdhere to the Progress Monitoring ModelEnsure that families are receiving support throughout the stabilization processWork collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment teamWork collaboratively with direct care staff, including providing trainingParticipate in marketing activities, including occasional travelDevelop and maintain relationships with referring professionals
