Gibbs Truck Centers is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Oxnard location. This position plays a key role in supporting daily dealership operations through customer service, billing, administrative coordination, and vehicle intake processes within our commercial truck dealership environment.  We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, customer-focused, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced office setting.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM
• On-Site Position
• Location: Oxnard, CA

Pay

• $18.50 – $23.50 per hour
• Compensation based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service in person and over the phone
• Prepare billing and invoicing documentation accurately and efficiently
• Assist with vehicle intake and administrative processing
• Draft and process rental contracts
• Open and close repair orders
• Verify insurance information and maintain accurate records
• Maintain organized customer and vehicle documentation
• Support daily office and dealership administrative functions
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous office or administrative experience required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using CRM systems preferred
• Dealership or automotive industry experience highly desired
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds as needed
