MH7, Medical Housecall 7, is a mobile primary care and multi-specialty medical group that has been serving the valley for almost 14 years. MH7 providers travel to see underserved, geriatric patients IN-Person inside assisted-living communities, assisted-living facilities and a few private residences within an assigned territory near the provider’s home. Even though MH7 sees adults, the average age of the MH7 patient is 86 years-old. MH7 is looking to expand its current number of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners with experience with SMI and/or Geriatric-psychiatry to do assessments, medication management, and manage symptoms of cognitive impairment and/ormental disorders. *Part-Time and Full-Time positions are available. * Locations : East Valley( Scottsdale, Apache Junction/ Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler/Tempe) WHY MH7: Many of our current providers left the hospital or clinical setting to come join our team because: * full autonomy of practice * see half the volume of patients they would see in a clinic! * they a fulfilling career with a work-life balance! *they have a supportive office where ALL administrative work (referrals, labs, orders etc) is done by the Medical Assistants *there is no corporate micromanaging! *MH7 has a fantastic reputation within the industry.
