In this role, you'll gain hands-on mentorship from agents who are actively producing, training built around communication, conversion, and client service, and proven systems that keep you organized and moving forward every day. You'll be part of a team culture grounded in accountability and collaboration with a clear roadmap for continued growth and advancement.

Day to day, you'll be generating and following up with leads, attending regular training and coaching sessions, and setting appointments for buyers and sellers. You'll nurture relationships through phone, email, and follow-up systems while keeping client information current in the CRM and tracking your activity and progress toward team goals.

• Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
• Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
