Neonatal Intensive Care Registered NurseThe Neonatal Intensive Care Registered Nurse is responsible for providing exceptional care to NICU patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies and procedures. This role requires critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in the anticipation and planning for the safe delivery of care.ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in patient care.Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.Delegate patient care priorities based on the education and experience of the available staff.Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.ScheduleThis position follows a 24-hour shift schedule from 19:00 to 19:00.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Neonatal Intensive Care Registered Nurse.Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE.Travel experience is required; no locals will be accepted.Assignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
