Munson Boats builds welded aluminum vessels used worldwide—fire/rescue boats, research vessels, high-speed patrol boats, and USCG-certified passenger craft. We’re looking for an Aluminum Vessel Fabrication Specialist who thrives in an organized environment and enjoys seeing a project through as part of a small, focused team.

• You care about strong, clean aluminum welds.
• You read blueprints and technical drawings confidently.
• You enjoy precise fit-up and methodical assembly.
• You work clean and safe—and expect the same from your team.
• You collaborate well in a 3–4 person crew guided by a lead supervisor.

• Fabricate and assemble aluminum hulls, decks, fuel tanks, and related structures
• Perform high-quality aluminum welding emphasizing strength and aesthetics
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan builds
• Ensure exacting fit-up and apply proper welding techniques
• Maintain a clean, organized work area

• State-of-the-art production facility with radiant floor heat for year-round comfort
• Structured, highly organized shop culture focused on craftsmanship and efficiency
• In-house vessel design and CNC router cutting with proven geometry and standardization
• Backlog of sold projects exceeding two years—stable, consistent work all year

Full-time, four 10-hour days: Monday–Thursday. Enjoy a three-day weekend every week.

• Four ten work week: Monday–Thursday with every Friday off
