Job Description Job Description Travel Safety Manager – Construction Ridgeville, South Carolina $30–$35/hour Lots of Overtime Available $320/Day Per Diem A growing construction company is seeking an experienced Travel Safety Manager to oversee and enforce safety procedures on an active construction project in Haskell, Texas. This position is ideal for a hands-on safety professional who is comfortable traveling, working long hours, and maintaining a strong safety culture in the field. Responsibilities Monitor and enforce all OSHA and company safety standards on-site Conduct daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and site inspections Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns Maintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance records Ensure employees and subcontractors follow all PPE and site safety requirements Assist with safety training and onboarding for new workers Identify hazards and implement corrective actions immediately Work closely with project managers and field supervisors to maintain a safe jobsite Qualifications Previous construction safety management experience required Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards OSHA 30 required; additional certifications are a plus Ability to travel and stay on-site during project duration Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience working in industrial or commercial construction environments preferred Compensation & Benefits $30–$35 hourly depending on experience Significant overtime opportunities $140/day per diem paid 7 days a week Camp housing provided Meals provided on-site Company Description ProSource Staffing is a professional staffing agency dedicated to connecting qualified candidates with companies in need of reliable talent.
