Position Summary Respiratory Therapists are needed to work full time on the 72‑hour overnight 3rd shift (6:30 p.m.–7 a.m.). The role requires work every 3rd weekend and holiday. This position is based at Christiana Hospital with rotations to the Wilmington Hospital. Responsibilities Provide respiratory therapy services across all hospital areas, including adult and infant critical‑care units, medical‑surgical floors, and the emergency department. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver specialized care to patients at Christiana Hospital and Wilmington Hospital. Participate in departmental quality improvement, innovative therapy, and research initiatives. Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all regulatory and institutional policies. Education and Experience Requirements Graduate of a COARC‑approved School of Respiratory Therapy. Current respiratory licensure in the state of practice (Delaware, Maryland, etc.). Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Current AARC membership preferred. Compensation Salary range: $39.50–$54.31 per hour, based on relevant experience and qualifications.
