What We Are Looking For Proven track record in a high‑growth startup or similar environment, plus the ability to dive in and be hands‑on if necessary. Deep technical expertise in system design, reliability, or large‑scale product engineering. Bonus: Agentic systems or more AI‑native product building experience. Builder mindset: Comfortable diving into technical details when needed, but focused on creating leverage and clarity for others. A leader who knows when to coach, intervene, or move out of the way, enabling engineers to operate with ownership and pride. Strong product and business intuition: You care as much about what we build as how we build it. Compensation Compensation at Eve is highly competitive and determined based on experience, seniority, and considerations of both internal and external equity, as well as location. For this position, the base salary range is between $250,000 – $350,000 USD per year .
