Electrical Supervisor Lead, Build, and Drive Production Excellence

We're seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead a team of skilled assemblers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality electrical assembly, and drive team performance to meet production goals. What You'll Do

As an Electrical Supervisor, you'll be responsible for both leadership and execution:

• Lead, coach, and assign daily workloads for a team of 1012 assemblers
• Ensure production targets are consistently met (95100% goal attainment)
• Verify all assembly, testing, and inspection processes meet quality standards
• Train and mentor new employees to improve team efficiency and skill development
• Collaborate with Operations and HR to track performance metrics and report progress
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production floor
• Act as a hands-on leader, spending the majority of time supporting the team on the floor

What You Bring

• 57+ years of manufacturing or assembly experience
• 25+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical assembly processes and production workflows
• Proficiency in:
  • Schematic and blueprint reading
  • Wiring and electrical systems
  • Soldering and electronic assembly
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workflow, and meet deadlines
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

Bonus Experience (Nice to Have)

• Experience with control systems or advanced electrical assemblies
• Experience in high-volume or backlog-driven production environments
• Experience tracking KPIs and production metrics
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and quality systems
• Forklift experience or certification
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
