Remote Member Services Associate

Position Overview AO Globe Life is hiring a Remote Insurance Solutions Associate to help individuals and families better understand important coverage decisions. You will work directly with prospective clients who have requested information, help identify their needs, and educate them on available insurance products.

Responsibilities
Work with warm leads supplied by the company Schedule virtual client meetings Conduct client-focused needs reviews Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance coverage Provide clear answers to client questions Recommend appropriate products and services based on individual needs Follow up consistently and maintain professional relationships Participate in training and performance coaching What We Offer

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
This opportunity is best suited for individuals who are self-motivated, coachable, comfortable working independently, and interested in a performance-based career with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
